To promote Kenzo SS19 show that went on June 24th 2018 in Paris, I was asked to design teasers using traditional hachimakis to display information about the event. Hachimakis are Japanese headbands worn as a symbol of effort or courage, made of a large strip of cloth. Being popular among kamikazes, they were often used to show slogans of great determination like success, fighting spirit or kanjis saying "the best of Japan".
Technically, I had to create realistic textures and show hachimakis wrapped with a knot while displaying the details of the upcoming show. These clips were used as posts and stories on the official Instagram account. A Snapchat frame was also created for the occasion.
